Well, it comes down to this. Firstly, the same principles are there. "Harm none", being top and greatest. Love is the law in both faiths (no matter what my more conservative and less tolerant brethren may think). Secondly, the rule of "thou shalt have no gods before me" is both Old Testament and subject to interpretation. Christians are absolved of Old Testament law by New Testament and there's nothing saying we can't have any alongside of or after. Thirdly, many of the Biblical rulings about witches are badly translated and/or deal with things I don't do anyway.
Finally, I accept Christ as my savior. I don't demand that anybody do the same. The path that's good for one isn't always right for others. The magic part for me is more like advanced prayer.
